Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Must hold a Florida Professional Certificate and be fully qualified in the designated content area.
• 3–5 years of evidence of effective classroom teaching with student gains.

Responsibilities

• Analyze school, class, and student data to determine needs in the content area.
• Conduct focus walks to collect data for planning instruction and PD.
• Plan instruction and assessments using standards, pacing, and data.
• Provide classroom coaching with feedback and modeling.
• Support school leadership and professional learning communities.
