Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred; Florida Professional Certificate.
• Minimum 3-5 years of highly effective classroom teaching.
• Reading endorsement/certification for elementary math/literacy/science coaches.
• Bilingual/biliterate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist school-based administrators and teachers in analyzing data to determine instructional needs.
• Conduct focus walks to collect and analyze data for planning instruction and professional development.
• Assist teachers in planning instruction and assessments aligned to standards and benchmarks using data from formative assessments.
• Provide differentiated instruction support to meet diverse student needs.
• Develop and deliver school-based professional development in content areas and instructional strategies.
