Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university is required.
• Master's Degree with advanced content area coursework is preferred.
• Must hold a valid Florida Professional Certificate and be fully qualified in the designated content area.

Responsibilities

• Analyze school, class, and student data to determine needs in the content area.
• Conduct focus walks to collect data and plan for instruction and professional development.
• Assist content area teachers in planning instruction and assessments using standards and benchmarks.
• Support differentiated instruction to meet the needs of all students.
• Provide feedback through observation, modeling, co-teaching and coaching.
• Develop and deliver school-based professional development in content area and instructional strategies.
