Sephora is seeking a District Asset Protection Manager to lead strategies across multiple stores, reduce shrink, and strengthen operational excellence through data-driven decisions. You will develop a district team, drive training, and partner with leaders to safeguard people, products, and the Sephora brand.

The role requires building relationships with store leadership, corporate partners, and law enforcement while traveling up to 75% and basing in Jacksonville, FL.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in asset protection or loss prevention, multi-unit retail leadership
• Proven experience handling sensitive asset protection matters
• Crisis management experience in high-risk situations
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with senior leadership exposure
• Collaborates well with store leadership and cross-functional teams
• Ability to analyze data and trends for risk mitigation
• Decision making in fast-paced environments
• Organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of store systems and asset protection applications
• Experience with interviewing and behavioral assessment tools
• Understanding of criminal and civil law as it applies to retail

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute district-wide asset protection strategies to reduce shrink
• Identify and mitigate safety and profit risks with store and corporate leadership
• Recruit, hire, train, and lead Asset Protection Partners across the district
• Design and deliver training programs on safety, audits, and PSP best practices
• Conduct regular store visits, audits, and assessments for compliance
• Lead investigations into shrink, internal theft, fraud and crime
• Use exception-based reporting to identify trends and prevent theft
• Ensure CCTV, alarms, and locking mechanisms are operational
• Build relationships with law enforcement, mall security, and property management
• Partner with Store Leadership, HR, and corporate teams on asset protection matters
• Demonstrate Sephora values in all interactions
