Job summary

Sephora is seeking a District Asset Protection Manager to lead asset protection strategies across multiple retail locations, reducing shrink and strengthening operational excellence through data‑driven decision making. You'll lead and develop a district team of Asset Protection Partners across the region, uniting them in protecting people, products, and the Sephora brand.

You will recruit, train, and coach teams, partner with store leadership and corporate teams, and uphold Sephora’s standards

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of asset protection or loss prevention experience in a multi-unit retail environment.
Proven experience handling sensitive asset protection matters with discretion and integrity.
Ability to travel approximately 75% (local, overnight, and out-of-town).
Strong leadership and communication skills, including presenting to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute districtwide asset protection strategies to reduce shrink and improve operations.
Identify and resolve safety and profit risks in partnership with store and corporate leadership.
Recruit, hire, train, and lead Asset Protection Partners across the district.
Design and deliver training programs for asset protection teams.
Conduct regular store visits, audits, and assessments to ensure compliance.
