Job summary

Sephora is seeking a District Asset Protection Manager to lead asset protection strategies across multiple Sephora retail locations in Jacksonville and Panhandle FL. You will reduce shrink, mitigate risk, and drive operational excellence through data‑driven decisions.

You will recruit and develop a district team of Asset Protection Partners, partnering with store leadership and corporate teams to safeguard people, products, and the Sephora brand.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of asset protection or loss prevention experience in a multi-unit retail environment.
• Proven experience handling sensitive asset protection matters with discretion and integrity.
• Demonstrated crisis management abilities in high-risk situations.
• Strong leadership and ability to coach proactive asset protection teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presenting to senior leadership.
• Ability to analyze data and trends to drive risk mitigation strategies.
• Wicklander-Zulawski certification or similar training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute district-wide asset protection strategies to reduce shrink.
• Identify and resolve safety and profit risks in partnership with store and leadership.
• Recruit, hire, train, and lead Asset Protection Partners across the district.
• Design and deliver training programs on safety, audits, and protection best practices.
• Conduct regular store visits, audits, and assessments for adherence to standards.
• Lead investigations into shrink, internal theft, and fraud with discretion.
• Utilize exception-based reporting to identify trends and mitigate theft.
• Ensure CCTV, alarms, and locking mechanisms are operational.
• Build relationships with law enforcement and other partners to support ORC initiatives.
• Collaborate with Store Leadership, HR, and corporate teams on protection matters.
• Demonstrate Sephora values in all work.
