Job summary

The Home Depot seeks a District Asset Protection Manager to lead theft and fraud mitigation, safety, and environmental compliance across multiple stores.

You will coach store leadership, partner with law enforcement, and drive programs such as Merchandise Protection Standards, shrink reduction, and incident investigations.

This role requires cross‑functional collaboration, strong communication, and the ability to manage a team of AP associates while ensuring store operations remain efficient.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• 3 years of experience in multi-unit retail AP.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution of core AP initiatives across stores, including MPS and theft/fraud reduction.
• Conduct internal/external investigations and partner with law enforcement as needed.
• Lead and develop AP staff, including hiring decisions and performance management.
