Qualifications

• 18+ years of age or older
• Legally permitted to work in the United States
• 3+ years multi-unit retail AP experience
• Experience leading investigations and interviews
• Ability to develop cross-functional teams and partnerships
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Drive execution of protection standards and shrink reduction initiatives across stores
• Lead internal and external theft investigations and coordinate with law enforcement
• Hire, train, and manage AP staff and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory processes
