Qualifications

• Must have or be eligible to work in the United States.
• Experience in asset protection, safety, or investigations preferred.
• Strong communication and documentation skills required.
• Ability to train, coach, and evaluate auditors based on data.

Responsibilities

• Assist Asset Protection Manager with monthly audits to identify shrink risk and safety compliance.
• Support regulatory investigations (OSHA, EPA, state/federal agencies) and related reporting.
• Oversee security systems maintenance and site guards to ensure reliable operation.
• Lead auditors, review errors with leadership, and drive corrective action plans.
• Participate in safety incident investigations and assist in process improvements.
