Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a District Asset Protection Manager to teach, coach, and train associates in theft prevention and safety, across multiple stores. The role focuses on executing core AP initiatives and partnering with District Manager, Store Manager, and law enforcement to ensure a safe, efficient retail environment.

You will analyze shrink trends, manage investigations, and lead a skilled team while coordinating with store leadership and external partners to protect assets and support

Qualifications

• Requires 3+ years of multi-unit retail AP experience.
• Experience leading investigations and interviews.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• LPC/LPQ certification or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution of MPS, Pick Ticket and Lockup programs to prevent shrink.
• Lead internal and external theft investigations and coordinate with law enforcement.
• Hire, train, and develop AP associates across multiple stores.
