Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a District Asset Protection Manager to lead safety, loss prevention and shortage-control programs across the district.

You will train and mentor store management, implement AP initiatives and reduce monetary loss while protecting customers, associates and merchandise. The role requires multi-unit district leadership, strong interpersonal skills and travel to stores within the district.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Retail Asset Protection experience, including District/Multi-Unit experience.
• Familiarity with asset protection programs and software including Think LP and Secure 5; proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Experience conducting internal investigation interviews and managing external apprehension programs; proven incident resolution.

Responsabilités

• Foster and maintain cross-functional partnerships with district, regional and store management, HR, legal, operations and inventory control on asset protection matters.
• Audit financial, merchandising and operations results for assigned locations; drive improvement.
• Provide strategic direction for asset protection programs and train store teams for alignment with company objectives.
• Oversee district shortage control staffing and payroll/expenses in line with budget.
• Conduct and manage investigations, internal interviews and external apprehension programs.
• Maintain physical security controls (CCTV, alarms, EAS) across locations and liaise with law enforcement as needed.
• Build relationships with law enforcement and legal professionals for criminal and civil matters.
