Burlington Stores is seeking a District Asset Protection Manager to lead safety, loss prevention, and shortage control across multiple stores within the district. The role requires strong leadership, the ability to prioritize quickly, and a proven track record in retail asset protection.

You'll train store teams, collaborate with management and law enforcement, oversee investigations, and drive improvements in inventory accuracy while safeguarding customers, employees, and merchandise.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Retail Asset Protection experience, including District/MultI-Unit exposure.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to lead across stores.
• Ability to prioritize quickly and think on your feet to meet safety standards.

Responsabilités

• Foster cross-functional partnerships with district, regional and store management on asset protection matters.
• Audit locations and implement recommendations to drive inventory loss reduction.
• Provide strategic direction in asset protection programs and train store teams.
