Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking an experienced District Asset Protection Manager to lead asset protection, shortage control, and safety programs across the district.

You will train, mentor, and collaborate with store management to ensure policy execution and inventory control, while driving loss prevention results. Travel to all stores within the district is required; 6+ years in asset protection and proficiency with Think LP and Secure 5 are preferred.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Retail Asset Protection experience, including District and/or Multi-Unit experience.
• Familiarity with asset protection programs and software including Think LP and Secure 5 and proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience conducting internal investigation interviews and managing external apprehension programs.

Responsibilities

• Foster partnerships with district, regional and store management on asset protection matters.
• Audit locations and implement recommendations to drive shrink reduction and efficiency.
• Provide strategic direction in asset protection programs and train store teams.
• Oversee shortage control staffing and manage payroll/expenses per budget.
• Investigate asset protection incidents and coordinate with law enforcement when needed.
