Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Retail Asset Protection experience, including District and/or multi-unit experience.
• Proficiency with Think LP and Secure 5 and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead asset protection, shortage control and safety programs across all stores in the district.
• Train, mentor and collaborate with store management and shortage control associates.
• Investigate asset protection incidents and develop strategies to reduce losses.
• Ensure safety and security of customers, associates, merchandise and facility.
• Build partnerships with law enforcement and legal professionals.
