Strong finance knowledge and Excel proficiency are essential. The position emphasizes back-office support, time entry oversight, and ensuring accurate revenue and cost reporting while complying with policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/finance or related field preferred.
• 4+ years in invoicing, accounting, or finance in a related industry.
• Experience with invoices, budgets, forecasts and financial reports.
• Proficiency with Excel formulas and pivot tables.

Responsibilities

• Daily payroll reconciliation for assigned branch(es).
• Manage vendor POs, billing/invoicing and monthly closeout.
• Support time entry, payroll processing and revenue/cost accruals.
• Assist with KPI tracking such as DSO, accruals and reconciliations.
• Serve as first point of contact for escalated Revenue compliance issues.
• Report to the customer site daily in Port Arthur, TX; no remote work.
