Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3–5+ years of experience in account management, distributor/channel management, rebates, contracts, or related operational roles
• Strong understanding of distributor sales tracing, chargeback processing, contract administration, or GPO/distributor relationships preferred
• Exceptional communication and relationship management skills
• Strong analytical skill set and experience with data analysis in Excel
• Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end onboarding of new distributors into the sales tracing and rebate processing program
• Coordinate cross-functionally with internal teams (IT, data, contracts, EDI) and external manufacturer partners to ensure a smooth implementation
• Establish clear timelines, data submission expectations, file/EDI specifications, and deliverables to ensure a successful program launch
• Ensure accurate tracings data submissions from distributors, including chargeback detail, eligibility, contract pricing, and units of measure
• Maintain and update distributor data feeds on an ongoing basis to reflect program and contract changes
• Validate data accuracy and resolve discrepancies across teams
