Job summary

National Distribution & Contracting seeks a Distributor Connectivity & Onboarding Manager to own end-to-end onboarding, EDI project management, and flexible data intake. You will work with distributor IT teams to stand up feeds, ensure data quality, and expand connector coverage.

The role requires hands-on data-integration experience, strong technical PM skills, and a focus on security and governance. This position is based in Nashville and reports to the VP of Data & Integration.

Qualifications

• Data-integration background with hands-on EDI (X12) and ERP systems.
• Experience with SFTP/flat-file exchanges, APIs, and data mapping.
• Technical project management to run external integration projects.
• Data fluency with SQL and scripting to diagnose data quality.

Responsibilities

• Own distributor connectivity onboarding across QuickConnectors, EDI, FusionPoint, and API/flat-file.
• Scope ERP environments and stand up connections with minimal lift for distributors.
• Drive QuickConnector adoption and expand platform coverage for ease of install.
• Manage EDI projects from kickoff to production with distributor IT teams.
• Configure FusionPoint for broader data formats and production workflow.
• Monitor data quality, mapping, and completeness; support rebate-cycle tracing.
• Maintain encryption, access controls, and audit logging; ensure security posture.
• Collaborate with inside sales, CORE Ops, and leaders to enable live data feeds.
