Job summary

National Distribution & Contracting is seeking an experienced onboarding project owner for NuEdge Alliance, LLC. The role oversees distributor onboarding from contract execution to go-live, coordinating timelines and stakeholder handoffs across Business Development, Membership/Roster, and CORE to ensure on-time delivery.

You will maintain standardized processes, identify bottlenecks, and drive improvements in onboarding, rostering, and contract lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Business degree and/or 5 years experience in customer service and contracting.
• Experience with GPO contracting and pricing structures is desirable.
• Ability to manage multiple onboarding engagements in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end distributor onboarding from contract execution through go-live.
• Maintain standardized onboarding processes and timeline trackers.
• Coordinate with Business Development, Membership/Roster, and CORE teams.
• Manage contracts, agreements and documents through onboarding lifecycle.
• Research GPO contract terms and pricing to resolve discrepancies.
• Conduct roster integrity reviews for new and existing distributors.
• Ensure roster data aligns with loaded contract terms.
• Provide guidance on onboarding processes, compliance, and membership requirements.
• Prepare and conduct onboarding updates for leadership.
