Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with EDI systems and transaction lifecycle management.
• Strong working knowledge of EDI document types including 850, 855, 856, 810.
• Experience troubleshooting across multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate configuration and testing of EDI transactions with external providers.
• Proactively monitor daily EDI transmissions to identify failures.
• Serve as primary liaison between internal teams and EDI partners.
