Job summary

National Distribution & Contracting seeks an organized onboarding project owner to lead distributor onboarding within NuEdge Alliance. You will coordinate contracts, rosters, and data through the onboarding lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and accurate handoffs to account management.

The role requires a strong grasp of GPO contracting, pricing structures, and cross-functional collaboration with Business Development, Membership/Roster, and CORE to stabilize processes and reduce rework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a business-related field.
• Minimum 5 years in customer service and contracting or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end onboarding project for new distributors from contract execution to go-live.
• Maintain standardized onboarding processes and timeline trackers.
• Communicate onboarding status and escalate risks to leadership and distributors.
• Manage contracts, agreements, and documents through onboarding lifecycle.
• Research GPO terms and pricing to resolve onboarding issues.
