Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a General Manager III to oversee warehouse operations, drive strategic process improvements, and lead a team of managers and staff. You will manage vendor relationships, ensure safety standards, and monitor performance to deliver customer satisfaction.

The role focuses on profit and loss, strong leadership, and applying WMS and technology to optimize inventory and service levels across facilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of managerial/supervisory experience required.
• 2+ years in supply chain, warehousing or distribution required.
• Staff management experience required.
• P&L management preferred.
• Project management preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
• WMS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and shipping.
• Develop strategies to optimize processes, reduce costs, and increase productivity.
• Lead and coach Operations Managers and staff, building a strong team culture.
• Ensure safety regulations and policies are followed across the facility.
