Job summary
Southwire Company, LLC seeks an embedded Resource to partner with Distribution Center Operations, Business Systems, and SAP IT. You will optimize processes, support automation solutions, and align business systems with operations to boost productivity and efficiency.
Working in Atlanta, you will collaborate with site leadership and automation vendors, act as SAP WM SME, and lead system enhancements while documenting best practices and training teams on new tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- 2-4 years experience required.
- Experience with SAP, automation and systems integration preferred.
Responsibilities
- Identify, analyze, and lead systems-related continuous improvement initiatives.
- Investigate and resolve complex process and automation issues to minimize downtime.
- Act as the primary liaison between operations and automation vendors for software stabilization.
- Serve as site SME for SAP WM and automation systems.
- Define, test, and implement system enhancements with IT and analysts.
- Develop and maintain process documentation and best practices.
- Facilitate communication and training on system changes.
- Champion change management for new processes and technologies.
