Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
• 2–4 years of relevant process engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Designs, implements, and improves manufacturing processes to maximize efficiency and quality.
• Ensures safety, environmental, and regulatory standards are followed.
• Diagnoses and resolves process issues to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
• Applies Lean and Six Sigma to drive cost reductions and efficiency gains.
• Creates SOPs, process flow diagrams, and technical reports.
• Collaborates with design, quality, maintenance, and operations teams for seamless integration.
• Assists in scaling up and validating processes for new products or technologies.
• Provides technical guidance and training on process changes.
