Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts in Minnesota is seeking a Distribution Center Supervisor to lead daily operations, coach a team, and ensure safe, efficient movement of merchandise to meet productivity goals.

You will manage receiving, stocking, order processing, shipping, and cross-dock activities, train new team members, monitor performance metrics, and partner with the operations manager to resolve issues while driving continuous improvement and a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and workflow to meet operational deadlines.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and general materials handling processes.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory systems, routing systems, or AS400 platforms.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily distribution center operations to ensure efficiency.
• Lead, train, schedule, evaluate, and coach team members while promoting accountability and teamwork.
• Monitor workflow and staffing to meet daily goals and productivity targets.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and DOT regulations if applicable.
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training new team members.
