Job summary

Misfits Market is seeking a Distribution Supervisor to back the Delivery Manager in daily warehouse operations. You will lead loadout staff, manage receiving, storage and shipping, and ensure accurate inventory control while upholding safety standards.

Ideal candidate has warehouse or logistics leadership experience, DOT/OSHA familiarity, and strong coaching and cross-team collaboration skills to improve throughput and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in warehouse or logistics roles with measurable impact.
• Strong knowledge of DOT and OSHA safety rules and compliance.
• Ability to train, coach, and develop frontline teams.
• Excellent communication across departments and levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead loadout teams, hire, train, coach, and supervise to maintain performance.
• Manage daily receiving, storing, and shipping of materials.
• Oversee stock accuracy and reconciliation through systems.
• Coordinate carrier shipments, optimize routes and transit times.
• Use data and analytics to identify bottlenecks and boost productivity.
• Ensure safety standards DOT, OSHA and company are followed.
• Foster collaboration and timely information flow across departments.
