Hd-Supply is seeking a Distribution Center Supervisor for night shift to lead daily DC operations, ensure accurate order processing, and drive safe, efficient performance. You will manage multiple teams, coach staff, and optimize workflows to meet KPIs.

The role requires a hands-on leader with 5+ years in distribution or warehouse settings, a relevant bachelor's degree, and a focus on safety and accountability within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5+ years of distribution/warehouse/logistics/operations experience.
• Leadership experience supervising teams in a warehouse or DC environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily activities across multiple distribution center functions (receiving, inbound, order processing, pick, shipping, returns, inventory replenishment).
• Coach and develop warehouse associates and balance workloads to meet goals.
• Maintain safe, high-performing work environment and provide training/resources.
• Identify process improvements to boost efficiency and productivity and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Prepare and maintain operational reports and performance documentation.
