Job summary

McLane is seeking a Distribution Supervisor to oversee an area or shift in the warehouse. You will ensure proper staffing, training, tools, and adherence to safety and quality standards to meet customer demands for on-time deliveries.

You’ll manage daily work, schedules, and paperwork, while coaching teammates and enforcing DC policies. This role requires availability for varying shifts and a focus on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2 years of distribution warehouse experience.
• Experience leading large teams of warehouse staff.

Responsibilities

• Direct and motivate teammates.
• Communicate company and division information to teammates.
• Listen and follow-up to teammate concerns and problems.
• Ensure safety, productivity, and quality standards are met.
• Create and maintain schedules and department paperwork.
• Provide training and coaching to teammates.
