Job summary

• Coach and develop warehouse associates and balance workloads to meet goals.
• Maintain safe, high-performing work environment and provide training/resources.
• Identify process improvements to boost efficiency and productivity and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Prepare and maintain operational reports and performance documentation.
