Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with at least 3 years in distribution.
• 4-year college degree preferred.
• Proven leadership potential.
• Willing to work flexible hours or shift to meet requirements.
• Authorized to work legally in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assign daily work and balance workload in the distribution center.
• Enforce standard methods and suggest improvements.
• Oversee pay policy implementation and explanations.
• Develop employees through coaching and training.
• Maintain a positive work environment and safety.
• Report department metrics and results.
• Lead continuous improvement projects (5S, Six Sigma) when applicable.
