We are looking for a Distribution Specialist to join our payroll team at our Trevose, PA office! The Distribution Specialist is responsible for preparing payroll packages, envelopes and shipping to our clients in an efficient and accurate way.

What you'll do:

• Handle and prepare payroll packages for clients
• Shipping/Receiving documents, packages and other client related shipments
• Customer support via email and phone as needed
• Data entry and support as need for other branch departments
• Reporting, escalating or addressing any potential issues affecting clients/shipments
• Assist Branch Management with the day to day tasks of the branch
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and customers

Shift:

• Part-time, Monday-Wednesday, 9:00 AM-5:30 PM. Times could vary daily based on workload.
