Acushnet Company is seeking a Lead Person - Distribution at the Lakeville DC. You will direct shifts, assign tasks, and optimize workflow across receiving, replenishment, order picking, and shipping while ensuring safety and quality standards.

You will lead up to 50 associates, coach performance, and coordinate with department leaders to meet daily distribution targets. A forklift license, WMS experience, and strong communication are required.

Qualificações

• Lead teams and/or groups of individuals and work effectively with others.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and communicate clearly.
• Must have experience with distribution operations and lead, or area coordinator roles.
• Proven ability to train and coach employees and manage performance.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct shift start-up meetings and assign tasks to associates.
• Monitor performance; provide feedback, coaching, and escalate issues as needed.
• Ensure proper use of equipment and safety procedures; report incidents.
• Assist department leaders and fill in during their absence; meet daily distribution goals.
