Job summary

ArchPoint Group Inc is seeking a Distribution Operations Manager to supervise the distribution center floor, oversee safety, inventory, and budget adherence, and coordinate with the DC Manager.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and hands-on supervision in a fast-paced warehouse environment; occasional weekend work and experience with Netsuite preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 10 years related experience in supply chain, with 5 in distribution/warehousing.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain, preferably in a distribution or warehousing environment.
• Budget oversight and accountability.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills; ability to lead and influence at all levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Flexibility to work occasional weekends during peak seasons.
• Integrity and strong leadership qualities.
• Experience with Netsuite preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead DC operations on the floor; ensure lean operations and space optimization.
• Meet operational standards by managing the DC’s metric data and communicating results.
• Oversee staffing with DC Manager; hire, train, and coach employees.
• Efficiently plan labor to maximize current staff and minimize temps.
• Coordinate budgeting, inventory, and safety compliance with leadership.
• Maintain equipment; monitor maintenance and preventive actions.
• Ensure security and compliance with OSHA/FDA standards.
