Lydech Thermal Acoustic Solutions (TAS) is seeking a Distribution Center Lead to supervise material handlers and coordinate duties per customer schedules. You will load/unload trailers, verify orders, stage shipments, label accurately, and maintain safety and quality standards.

The role requires forklift experience, Oracle data knowledge, and strong teamwork and communication skills in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Qualifications

• High School, GED or equivalent experience.
• Must be able to read and understand English.
• Material Handling experience with current forklift license required.
• Must have knowledge of Oracle job data and labeling transactions in addition to paperwork / traceability requirements to ensure accurate material transactions.

Responsabilités

• Load and/or unload trailers from customer or plants.
• Load in a secured manner so that the product arrives at destination safely.
• Perform verification scans.
• Ensure complete and correct orders are pulled.
• Stage as required for shipment.
• Check to see that package is correct and undamaged.
• Label as customer requires.
• Communicate any shortages.
• Scan every item unloaded to the correct zone or rack.
• Ensure safe stacking.
• Check dunnage for correct placards and functionality.
• Clean packaging and remove old labels.
• Repair as needed.
• Ensure cross training of material handlers on shift.
• Participate in writing/developing training procedures.
• Ensure safety, 6S, and quality standards are met for LDC.
• Immediately report any unsafe act or condition.
• Promote teamwork through effective motivation and respect for each team member.
• Serve as an active participant in LSS programs that promote continuous improvement.
