Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in renewable generation or distribution planning.
• Experience leading engineering or architectural projects.
• Proven ability to win new consulting work and manage sales cycles.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead project execution including scope, schedule, budget, and risk.
• Develop proposals, budgets, scope of work, and client objectives.
• Mentor staff and lead multi-disciplinary teams.
• Coordinate with utilities and industry partners.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction.
