DHL Supply Chain is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee warehouse operations and lead a frontline team. The role focuses on coaching, safety, and performance metrics to drive efficiency and accuracy across our facilities.

The position emphasizes compliance with health and safety standards, strong communication, and a collaborative leadership style within a large organization that values teamwork and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferred.
• 1+ years operations lead/supervisor experience, preferred.
• 1+ years logistics industry experience, preferred.
• Staff management and workload planning skills, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a diverse team of frontline associates by providing coaching, guidance, and support as needed, while developing a strong team culture of inclusion and belonging.
• Take proactive measures to uphold compliance with health and safety regulations, fostering a culture of heightened safety awareness.
• Monitor KPIs and operational metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement. Provide regular reports and analysis to management with recommendations.
• Foster open communication and collaboration, facilitating regular dialogue among leadership and associates to promote transparency and teamwork.
