DHL Supply Chain is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead a frontline team across our warehouses, ensuring smooth, efficient operations and adherence to safety standards. You will implement processes to optimize performance and drive continuous improvement.

With a focus on coaching, inclusion, and collaboration, you will report on KPIs, manage workload, and partner with leadership to align goals and deliver exceptional service across our North America network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; preferred.
• 1+ years operations lead/supervisor/management experience; preferred.
• 1+ years logistics industry experience; preferred.
• Staff management, workload planning, objective setting; preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a diverse frontline team with coaching and support.
• Uphold health and safety regulations and promote safety culture.
• Monitor KPIs and operational metrics; provide reports and recommendations.
• Foster open communication across leadership and associates for transparency.
