DHL Supply Chain is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead a frontline team and drive efficient warehouse operations. You will coach and develop associates, uphold safety standards, and monitor performance metrics to identify improvements.

This role offers national scope with a focus on safety, teamwork and continuous improvement. You will work within a large, global contract logistics provider known for its extensive facility network and strong emphasis on development and productivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferred.
• 1+ years operations lead/supervisor experience, preferred.
• 1+ years logistics industry experience, preferred.
• Staff management, workload planning and organizational skills, preferred.
• Ability to lead and develop frontline associates and foster safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a diverse team of frontline associates, promoting inclusion and belonging.
• Uphold compliance with health and safety regulations and foster a safety culture.
• Monitor KPIs and operational metrics; provide regular reports and recommendations to management.
• Facilitate open communication among leadership and associates to promote transparency and teamwork.
