Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead and develop a frontline team across our warehouses, driving safe, efficient operations and a culture of inclusion. You will coach staff, plan workloads, and uphold health and safety standards while delivering measurable improvements in productivity.

In this role you will monitor KPIs, report to management, and partner with leadership to align goals, optimize processes, and foster teamwork in a dynamic, growing logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 1+ years in lead/supervisor/management in operations preferred.
• 1+ years logistics industry experience preferred.
• Staff management, workload planning, and objective setting skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a diverse frontline team with coaching and support.
• Uphold health and safety regulations and foster a culture of safety.
• Monitor KPIs and operational metrics and provide reports with recommendations.
