Job summary

Restaurant Technologies is seeking an Operations Manager, Distribution to lead our depot operations, drive safety, service quality, and financial performance. You will own distribution execution across routes, coach a frontline team, and collaborate with service and support functions to optimize customer outcomes and depot KPIs.

In this role you will manage workforce planning, fleet maintenance, and inventory, while building a culture of continuous improvement in a fast-paced field environment.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years in operations, distribution, logistics, or route-based environment.
• Experience leading people and daily operations.
• Willingness to lead from the front in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of safety practices and regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team through coaching and accountability.
• Foster a safety-first culture with policies and regulatory compliance.
• Drive workforce planning including recruiting, onboarding, scheduling, and time management.
• Oversee fleet performance, maintenance, and inspections.
• Ensure service delivery meets customer expectations and resolve issues.
• Oversee distribution execution, route efficiency, and billing accuracy.
• Maintain accurate inventory and coordinate tanker delivery schedules.
