Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Distribution Center Supervisor in Horn Lake, MS to oversee daily DC operations and lead a team to ensure safe, accurate, and timely movement of merchandise in line with productivity goals.

You will train and coach staff, monitor workflows, and ensure compliance with policies and safety standards while supporting continuous improvement and service level targets.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and workflows to meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and materials handling processes.
• Experience with WMS, inventory systems, routing systems, or AS400 platforms.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily distribution center operations across supervised areas.
• Lead, train, schedule, and develop DC team members while promoting accountability.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and DOT regulations where applicable.
• Collaborate with operations manager to maintain workflow and resolve issues.
