Reyes Holdings offers a 12-week Distribution Operations Internship in a fast-paced distribution center. You will rotate through warehouse operations, transportation, inventory, and HR, shadow leaders, and contribute to process improvement initiatives. A final presentation to US executive leadership is required.

You'll gain on-the-job training, mentorship from leadership, and exposure to the full lifecycle of our distribution model while developing business acumen across functions.

Formación

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree with 0–2 years of related work experience.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; the Company will not sponsor visas.

Responsabilidades

• Rotate through all functions of the distribution center, including warehouse operations, transportation, and inventory.
• Shadow distribution leaders and participate in internship program training activities.
• Lead a process improvement project and present findings to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with business partners and other functions to gain business awareness.
