McLane Company, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Distribution Manager in Georgia, Forest Park, to oversee warehouse operations, scheduling, and training for shifts.

You will ensure accurate receiving, storage, and shipping workflows while maintaining OSHA-compliant safety and quality standards. The role focuses on optimizing throughput, managing staff performance, and collaborating with Supply Chain to meet monthly targets.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; 3–5 years' outbound/inbound warehousing experience.
• Experience in the foodservice industry is preferred.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial statements and cost implications.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with proven teamwork.

Mansioni

• Oversee training and scheduling for certain warehouse shifts.
• Minimize mistakes and waste in warehouse operation through coordination and supervision.
• Ensure compliance with sanitation rules and regulations (OSHA).
• Manage manpower needs for warehouse shifts and ensure proper staffing.
• Assist with procedures to receive/send, unload/load, sort, and store freight accurately.
