McLane Company, Inc. in Forest Park, GA is seeking a Distribution Supervisor to establish and maintain efficient warehouse operations. You will ensure proper staffing, training, tools, and procedures to meet customer demand for accurate, on-time deliveries.

The role emphasizes leadership, safety, coaching, and operational excellence across daily shifts, with opportunities to contribute to process improvements and team development.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience leading large numbers of warehouse staff.
• Proficient in Word and Excel; strong computer literacy.
