Job summary

XL Parts and The Parts House (TPH) is seeking a Distribution Center Manager to oversee a designated center and drive performance, safety, and customer satisfaction. You will direct inbound and outbound operations, drive efficiency, and manage the P&L with support from assistants and regional leadership.

The role requires 5+ years of supervisory experience in a distribution center, and familiarity with warehouse equipment such as forklifts and stock pickers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; experience will be considered in-lieu-of degree.
• 5+ years' supervisory experience in a distribution center environment.
• Experience with warehouse equipment, including forklifts and stock pickers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Distribution Center to advance the XL Parts/TPH Vision and Mission, adhering to Core Values.
• Ensure accurate inbound deliveries handling and dock-to-stock KPI goals.
• Ensure accurate outbound order fulfillment and delivery KPI goals.
• Oversee safety programs to protect associates, equipment, and property.
• Manage budget and P&L for operations.
• Develop work plans, staffing, and labor cost optimization.
• Maintain high quality and productivity, address variances and training needs.
• Lead and develop Team Members and Leadership, assign duties and provide feedback.
• Participate in hiring, promotion, coaching, and evaluation of staff.
• Address ethics, performance, and compliance issues and enforce consequences.
