Job summary

Lennox, a global HVAC leader, seeks a Quality Manager for a large Parts Distribution Center in the United States. You will own the quality function, drive defect reduction, and ensure accurate, safe order fulfillment across inbound to customer shipments.

Candidates should have a strong track record in quality within high-volume distribution, lead root-cause analysis, and collaborate with operations, procurement, and service teams to improve performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field; 8+ years in quality, distribution, warehouse operations, logistics, or similar.
• Leadership experience managing quality teams, technicians, auditors, or similar support teams.
• Strong knowledge of distribution center quality processes including receiving inspection, order accuracy, and packaging quality.
• Experience with high-volume, high-SKU distribution centers; HVAC/industrial parts knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the quality function for a large parts and supplies distribution center across inbound, outbound, replenishment, returns, and inventory movement processes.
• Develop and maintain quality management systems, standard work, inspection processes, and corrective actions.
• Monitor quality performance using key distribution metrics (order accuracy, pick/pack accuracy, shipping accuracy, returns).
• Lead root cause analysis, containment, and corrective actions for quality issues such as mis-picks and incorrect shipments.
• Collaborate with operations, inventory control, transportation, customer service, procurement, and supply chain leadership.
• Establish inspection, containment, rework, disposition, and return-to-stock processes for nonconforming parts.
