Job summary

Dealer Tire, LLC is seeking a Distribution Operations Specialist to manage RGA processes, DC invoicing, and 3PL invoicing within a busy distribution network. The role requires collaboration across Distribution Centers, Carline, AR, and vendors to ensure accuracy and on-time performance.

You will drive process improvements, document best practices, and support ongoing compliance and cost-saving initiatives while maintaining strong working relationships with internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3-5 years related experience in Supply Chain or related field.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, problem solving, and time management skills.
• Demonstrated sound judgment and the ability to make decisions independently.
• Ability to establish priorities, objectives, time limits and goals.
• Computer skills: MS Office with proficiency in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage late DC exceptions and coordinate RGAs with DCs and AR.
• Prepare reporting for customer RGAs and adjustments.
• Approve dealer credit when issues arise from DOT or shipping errors.
• Track FedEx RGAs and escalate if delays occur.
• Manage DC invoicing, verify accuracy, and code invoices.
• Oversee 3PL invoicing and distribution center compliance.
• Participate in RGA projects and drive process improvements.
