Job summary

Dealer Tire, LLC is seeking a Distribution Center Manager – Tier 3 to lead safety initiatives, supervise a distribution team, and drive continuous improvement across daily operations. You will implement development plans for supervisors and associates, and steward staffing, budgeting, and performance across the DC.

Qualifications

Associates degree or commensurate experience in business/logistics.
Experience leading a team in distribution or logistics.

Develop and implement development plans for leaders and associates.
Provide coaching and discipline to ensure performance.
Plan staffing and staffing budgets to meet daily business needs.
Direct daily distribution operations to ensure accurate inventory, on-time deliveries and customer satisfaction.
