Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3–5 years related experience in Supply Chain or related field.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, problem solving, and time management.
• Computer skills: MS Office suite including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage late DC exceptions for Customer RGAs and approve/deny with documentation.
• Prepare reporting for customer RGAs related to adjustments and on-time performance.
• Coordinate with Distribution Centers, Carline, and AR to resolve receipt discrepancies.
• Approve dealer credits for issues from DOT, mounting, or DC shipping errors.
• Track FedEx RGAs and call tags with Carline and escalate as needed.
• Oversee DC invoicing: verify accuracy, classify costs, and process payments.
• Investigate invoice discrepancies and follow up with internal/external parties.
• Create locations in JDE and track compliance in the distribution network.
• Maintain budget knowledge and compile information for annual budgets.
• Complete project work and assist in documenting best practices.
