Job summary

Dealer Tire, LLC is seeking a senior operations leader to guide the distribution center’s daily functions, safety programs and team development. You will drive efficiency, coach managers, and ensure consistent, high-quality throughput across receiving, storage and shipping.

The role requires 5+ years in supply chain with leadership experience, proficiency in WMS/TMS/ERP, and strong communication. A bachelor’s degree is preferred and transportation knowledge is essential for success.

Qualifications

Associates degree in Business, Logistics, or related field (or commensurate experience).
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
5+ years of supply chain experience, including distribution center, inventory and transportation.
4+ years of experience leading a team.
Strong process improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

Lead safety programs, ensure training and certifications, enforce safety procedures and address issues.
Develop and implement development plans for leads and managers.
Direct daily operations including workflow scheduling, productivity, and quality.
Maintain inventory accuracy and organize distribution center operations.
Manage distribution center budget and records.
