Dealer Tire LLC is seeking a Distribution Center Manager - Tier 2 to lead daily DC operations, oversee safety programs, coaching, and staffing for a fast-paced environment. You will drive process improvements, manage budget and inventory accuracy, coordinate receiving, storage and distribution, and ensure on-time deliveries and exceptional customer satisfaction with 5–15% travel.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Business, Logistics, or related field, or commensurate experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of supply chain experience, including distribution center, inventory and transportation.
• 4+ years of experience leading a team.
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office products.
• Experience with WMS, TMS and ERP systems.
• Strong communication skills with frontline employees, peers, and executives.

Responsabilités

• Direct daily operations including workflow scheduling, productivity and quality monitoring, and safety compliance.
• Plan, organize, and monitor receiving, storage, and distribution activities.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and proper levels; perform relocations and consolidation as needed.
• Monitor performance and reallocate resources to meet changing daily business needs.
• Develop and administer manpower plans and staffing.
